Born on November 3, 1918 in Van Meter, Iowa, Bob Feller was an American professional baseball player. A pitcher for the Cleveland Indians from 1936 to 1956, Feller frequently led in strikeouts and games won. He ended his career with an outstanding win-loss record of 266-162.
