About Dick “Night Train” Lane
Born April 16, 1928, Dick “Night Train” Lane was an American football player whose career lasted 14 years with teams such as the Los Angeles Rams, Chicago Cardinals, and Detroit Lions. As a rookie, he set the record for most interceptions in one game–14–which stands unmatched over 60 years later. Lane passed away on January 29, 2002.
