Told through the eyes of Christopher Reeve’s three children, Alexandra, Matthew and William, comes “Superman: The Christopher Reeve Story.”
Jillian Lopez spoke with Reeve’s three children and the directors and co-writers of the film, Ian Bonhote and Peter Ettedgui.
After facing a near death accident and being paralyzed from the neck down, Reeve’s became a leader and activist in the quest to find a cure for spinal cord injuries- while still continuing his career in film both in front of and behind the camera.
He was known as America’s superhero, but this film shares more about the man behind the cape and the strength of his family that kept him going.
“Superman: The Christopher Reeve Story” is in theaters now.
