Social Media Manager (Internship/Full-Time)

Job Description:

  • Assist in managing the social media strategy of our 200+ clients;
  • plan, develop and implement tailored strategies for each client;

  • liaise with colleagues and key spokespeople;
  • liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email;
  • research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media;
  • collate and analyse media coverage;
  • write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
  • prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
  • organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours;
  • maintain and update information on the organization's website.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 or 3 years of studies in a top university (with possibility for full-time after graduation);
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:
Responsibilities associated with this internship position will include the following:

  • Review incoming royalty reports from CMG licensees
  • Research licensee payment history and upcoming payments for tracking and reconciliation purposes
  • Input royalty reports and financial information into CMG internal financial system
  • Assist in preparation of client financial reports and internal financial summaries for management
  • Help with streamlining CMG internal financial system data
  • Work on special projects as needed

Web Designer/Graphic Designer Intern

CMG Worldwide is the marketing & business agency that represents many of the greatest personalities of the past and the present.

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana with a second office in Hollywood, California, CMG Worldwide started the business of protecting and marketing famous deceased personalities.

Responsibilities:
Work on the design and production of CMG client Web sites, as well as consulting-based projects for CMG Solutions. Provide design concepts and create a variety of mockups for clients to choose from. In addition to the design, individual will be responsible for the production and management of these Web sites. Updates to existing sites and Web site related research for clients is also required. Help with other in-house client and corporate printing/production jobs is expected.

Experience:
Previous scholastic and/or freelance graphic design/web design experience. Working knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and HTML is required. Working knowledge of design programs such as InDesign and Illustrator and php or asp programming & JavaScript is preferred but not required.

Applicants must have a portfolio of their work (online preferred) to be considered for this position.
